We are looking for “ Manager Digitizing”
Responsibilities:·
· Follow up on the activity calendar, ensuring designs are received on time, and coordinating with designers to have artwork ready for sampling before digitizing.
· Coordinate with team members (digitizers) to align the digitizing designs, providing physical samples and specifying expected completion dates based on timelines.
· Create designs according to comments and obtain approval for sampling and production, managing the cost of designs for both stages to optimize expenses.
· Collaborate with digitizers and send designs to vendors for re-sampling if required, incorporating reworks and edits based on design requirements.
· Conduct research and development activities, visiting markets to incorporate new techniques and design trends into the product line.
· Follow up with vendors and identify new vendors with advanced machine techniques to enhance design capabilities.
· Coordinate with designers to ensure completion of all embroidery digitizing development and sampling.
· Collaborate with the merchandising team to address any costing needs related to embroidery.
· Maintain communication and follow up with other departments involved in embroidery to prevent any delays in the timeline.
Required Skills:
· Strong coordination and communication skills to effectively work with designers, digitizers, vendors, and other departments involved in the design process.
· Proficiency in design software and digitizing tools to accurately develop and modify designs.
· Attention to detail and ability to incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.
· Demonstrated proficiency in design software and digitizing tools, such as · · Adobe Photoshop and specialized embroidery software.
· Knowledge of market trends and ability to apply new techniques and design concepts to the product line.
· Efficiently managing the embroidery design process, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality designs that meet market trends and production requirements.
Qualifications:
· 5-7 years experience in a similar role within the fashion or textile industry, specifically in embroidery design and digitizing.
· Graduation / Masters in Relevant Field .
