We’re Hiring!

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition who’s passionate about hiring great talent and creating a strong candidate experience in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and retail roles.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, campus drives, and job fairs.
  • Screen profiles, coordinate interviews, manage feedback cycles, and support offer rollout and negotiations.
  • Coordinate pre-joining activities and onboarding.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases to ensure visibility and hiring efficiency.
  • Ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging candidate journey.

Requirements:

  • BBA / MBA in HR from a reputed university.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition (fashion retail, recruitment agency or fast-paced corporate setup preferred).
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in LinkedIn, job portals, and Microsoft Office.
