Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service:

1. Achieve sales targets and implement strategies to increase revenue.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Store Operations:

1. Manage store inventory, stock levels, and replenishment.
2. Maintain high store standards, cleanliness, and organization.
3. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Team Management:

1. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
2. Recruit, train, and evaluate staff.
3. Foster a positive work environment.

Inventory Management:

1. Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock levels.
2. Minimize stock losses and shrinkage.
3. Ensure accurate inventory reporting.

Financial Management:

1. Manage store budget and expenses.
2. Analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
3. Achieve profit targets.

Administrative Tasks:

1. Maintain accurate records and reports.
2. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Conduct regular store audits.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Retail Management, or related field.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership.
