Alfalah Asset Management is hiring an Information Security professional to lead its InfoSec function, safeguard digital infrastructure, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a security-conscious culture. The role reports directly to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and enhance the Information Security Management System (ISMS), including policy development, risk assessments, and regulatory alignment.
- Oversee security operations such as SOC/SIEM monitoring, vulnerability assessments, access rights reviews, and system hardening.
- Collaborate with IT/Digital teams on secure application development, vendor risk reviews, and organization-wide awareness initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 6-8 years of InfoSec experience, ideally within financial or regulated environments, with expertise in ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and IT controls.
- Hands-on experience with security tools and platforms (O365, AD, SIEM), and a solid grasp of access control, data protection, and incident response.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001 LI/LA are highly preferred.
