WE’RE HIRING! SENIOR MANAGER IT GOVERNANCE
Academic Qualification:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from HEC recognized institute
Experience:
- At least 8 years of experience in the relevant field
Main Responsibilities:
- Direct the preparation, maintenance and compliance of IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Manage internal, external, SBP and Group Audits and keep strong follow up with IT units for compliance with all outstanding observations
- Monitor and report the progress of IT Risk, VAPT, Audit and SBP inspection compliance etc
- Ensure the compliance of the ETGRM framework. Reporting on IT performance against established metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Lead Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions and related projects
- Perform any other duties, as required by the Bank
Core Competencies:
- Relevant certification preferably in COBIT or CISA
- Strong audit management skills, quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines & audit activities within the scope of work. Manage priorities and deadlines
- Possess good written, interpersonal and communication skills

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and comply with IT policies and procedures to ensure alignment with the IT Governance standards, as per SBP guidelines
- Manage internal, external, SBP and Group audits for the IT division and communicate requirements to the concern
- Consolidate responses received from IT dept against audit draft report and timely submit the same for the CIO’s review
- Follow up with all relevant stakeholders for strict compliance with policies, procedures and SBP’s regulations/ guidelines to avoid future observations
- Manage centralized dashboard of audit data/reports and share with concern dept
- Perform any other duties, as required by the Bank
Core Competencies:
- Relevant certification preferably in COBIT or CISA
