ART is urgently seeking profiles for Account and Admin Executive, following are the job responsibilities:
Required Experience: 06 months to 1 year
Accounts responsibilities include:
- Responsible to coordinate our consultant every 5th of the month to get the challans (SRB and Employee Salary Tax) prepared and process the payments respectively.
- Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit, and loss statement, and other reports on a monthly basis.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Assist consultant & CEO to finalize the final accounts of the company for yearly income tax return.
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
Admin responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support to the team as may be required.
- Ensure all the Repairing/ maintenance work (Electrical and Civil)
- Ensure continuous Electric power supply with K.E, Generators, UPS
