JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Create trend-driven textile and fabric designs tailored for Western wear collections.
- Develop innovative prints, patterns, and textures that align with international fashion trends.
- Work on fabric selection, digital prints, embroidery, and finishing techniques for high-quality textile development.
- Conduct research on global fashion trends, color palettes, and fabric innovations.
- Analyze competitors and customer preferences to create unique and marketable designs.
- Work closely with designers, merchandisers, and production teams to bring designs to life.
