Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced “Warehouse Operations Manager” to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations related to finished goods, logistics, and fabrics. The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing space utilization, coordinating product shipment, and ensuring timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, logistics, and the textile industry.
Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
Experience:- Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) in warehouse operations management within the textile industry.
Job Description:-
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including stock counts, inventory reconciliation, and cycle counts.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization to maximize storage capacity and efficiency.
- Coordinate the shipment of finished goods, both domestically and internationally, by collaborating with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and shipping carriers.
- Ensure all outgoing orders meet quality standards and are shipped on time.
- Implement and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to perform their duties effectively, including coaching, performance evaluations, and addressing any performance issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and sales, to ensure smooth operations and meet customer demands.
- Monitor industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices to propose innovative solutions that drive operational excellence.
