Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya is looking for an experienced and professional candidate for “𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 – 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝘀 & 𝗡𝗶𝗺𝗰𝗼” to manage the sourcing and packaging of Nuts and Nimco at our Head Office, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supplier management, procurement, quality control, and ensuring efficient packaging solutions that align with industry standards.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 3-5 years of experience in food industry sourcing & packaging.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Food Sciences.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:-
- Identify and develop relationships with reliable suppliers for nuts and nimco.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
- Oversee packaging material selection for compliance and branding.
- Ensure packaging durability, sustainability, and regulatory adherence.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure product consistency.
- Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Work with marketing and design teams for effective packaging.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and regulatory compliance.
