Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya is seeking a dedicated and experienced 𝗦𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿 – 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 to oversee and manage civil works at our retail store. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in interior fit-outs, including woodwork, tiling, and general interiors, ensuring high-quality execution within timelines and budgets. This role requires frequent travel and outstation site supervision, as per project needs.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in civil site supervision, especially in retail, commercial fit-outs, or textile industry projects.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:-
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities related to civil works at both local and outstation project sites.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Monitor and manage woodwork, tile installation, false ceiling, partitions, and other interior finishing works.
- Oversee contractors and labor teams to ensure smooth execution of work.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, vendors, and suppliers.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and keep all stakeholders updated.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and delays.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
- Oversee material usage and inventory, minimizing wastage.
- Ensure tools and machinery are properly maintained.
- Willingness to travel and stay at outstation project sites as per business requirements.
