Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya is looking for a skilled and experienced 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 to join our Accounts and Finance department at Head Office, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s receivables, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field, preferably in the textile or fashion industry
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:-
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the company’s accounts receivable process.
- Monitor and track outstanding invoices and follow up with clients for payment.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments to resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Prepare regular reports on receivables status and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage a team of receivable clerks and provide guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to receivables.
