Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya seeking a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team at Head Office, Karachi. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and other members of the creative team to develop engaging visual designs and assets for various projects. The Junior Graphic Designer will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and collaborative environment while contributing to the overall success of our company’s creative initiatives.
EDUCATION:- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with an Associate’s degree or equivalent certification in Graphic Design may also be considered if accompanied by a strong portfolio.
EXPERIENCE:- 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related role. However, internships or relevant coursework projects can be considered towards experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer to conceptualize and execute designs for various print and digital projects, including but not limited to: advertisements, brochures, website graphics, social media assets, presentations, and event collateral.
- Create visually appealing and effective designs that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Support the Senior Graphic Designer in maintaining digital assets and file organization.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies and identify opportunities to integrate new design techniques and tools into our creative process.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative input to help shape the direction of design projects.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Follow project timelines and meet deadlines while producing high-quality work.
