Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya is seeking a diligent 𝗚𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗸 for Warehouse at Korangi, Karachi to manage incoming and outgoing traffic, ensure seamless logistical operations, and maintain security protocols.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- High school diploma or equivalent
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 1-2 years of experience in security, logistics, or related roles
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:-
𝟭. 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:
- Monitor and direct incoming/outgoing vehicles, pedestrians, and deliveries
- Ensure efficient traffic flow, minimizing congestion
𝟮. 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹:
- Verify identification and authorization of visitors, staff, and vendors
- Maintain accurate records of entries/exits
𝟯. 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
- Facilitate smooth goods receipt/dispatch processes
- Coordinate with internal teams for efficient cargo movement
𝟰. 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:
- Greet and assist visitors, providing directions/information
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
𝟱. 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴:
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of vehicle movements, visitor logs, and deliveries
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)
- Familiarity with security software/systems
- Basic knowledge of logistics operations
- Experience in customer service
