Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya recruiting a candidate for a 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 – 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗧 Division at Head Office, Karachi. If you have a strong background in fashion/textile design and hands-on experience with product development and fashion shoots, we’d love to hear from you.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 4-6 years in fashion/textile design with expertise in Pret collections, product development, and fashion shoots
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:-
- Lead the Pret division by developing innovative and trend-driven collections.
- Research market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to create fashion-forward designs.
- Oversee fabric selection, embellishments, and production processes to ensure high-quality output.
- Plan and execute fashion shoots to showcase collections in alignment with the brand’s image.
- Work closely with photographers, stylists, and models to ensure captivating product presentation.
- Ensure consistency in visual branding across campaigns and marketing channels.
- Work closely with the design, merchandising, marketing, and sales teams to align collections with business objectives.
- Coordinate with suppliers and production teams for smooth execution of designs.
- Provide training and guidance to junior designers and team members.
