Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya is recruiting a candidate for 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 – 𝗛𝗦𝗘 for it’s Factory at Nooriabad.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, or related field
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 3-5 years of HSE experience in a similar industry
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆:
- Implement and maintain HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans
- Investigate incidents and near-misses
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs
- Monitor and report HSE performance metrics
𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:
- Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Conduct environmental audits and risk assessments
- Implement waste management and reduction programs
- Monitor and report environmental performance metrics
𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆:
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes
- Coordinate audits and inspections
- Develop and maintain HSE documentation
𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
- Collaborate with departments to integrate HSE into operations
- Provide HSE guidance and support
- Foster a culture of HSE awareness
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:-
- Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA)
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
- Experience with HSE management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
- Familiarity with sustainability practices
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures
