𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿
We are looking for a Replenishment Officer to manage inventory flow and ensure optimal stock availability across our retail network. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in inventory planning and replenishment within the textile or fashion retail industry.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 2–4 years of experience in inventory or replenishment management in a same industry.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet sales demand
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock transfers and restocking
- Analyze inventory data to identify fast-moving and slow-moving items
- Prepare and maintain replenishment reports, stock records, and MIS
- Ensure accuracy in stock management and timely system updates
- Support planning and execution of warehouse dispatch operations
- Maintain optimal stock levels to minimize overstocking and stock-outs
