We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Production to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee Cut-to-Pack operations for Western Knits and Woven garments, ensuring smooth workflow, quality standards, and timely delivery.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s degree in Textiles or equivalent qualification.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- Minimum 4 years of experience in Cut-to-Pack production operations, preferably in Knits.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Manage end-to-end production operations with a strong focus on Knits and Woven categories.
- Ensure effective coordination between cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing teams.
- Monitor production targets, efficiency, and quality parameters.
- Implement process improvements to optimize productivity.
- Maintain strong communication with planning, merchandising, and quality teams.
