The AVP – Customer Services will be responsible for overseeing the Customer Services (CS) function and ensuring a superior, consistent client experience. The role includes effective utilization of Call Center operations, resolving client queries, and driving service excellence aligned with customers’ financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digitalization and process automation for to enhance customer value.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently and professionally
- Conduct root cause analysis of complaints and take corrective measures
- Monitor and maintain Customer Services and Call Centre Performance matrix
- Coordinate with branches and other departments for queries and routine activities
- Strengthen customers experience by improving customer service procedures
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree / preferably MBA from an HEC-recognized university
- Experience: Up to 8 years of relevant experience preferably Financial / Mutual Funds Industry
- Certification: IFMP Certified (if not MBA), Islamic Finance
