The AVP – Customer Services will be responsible for overseeing the Customer Services (CS) function and ensuring a superior, consistent client experience. The role includes effective utilization of Call Center operations, resolving client queries, and driving service excellence aligned with customers’ financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead digitalization and process automation for to enhance customer value.
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently and professionally
  • Conduct root cause analysis of complaints and take corrective measures
  • Monitor and maintain Customer Services and Call Centre Performance matrix
  • Coordinate with branches and other departments for queries and routine activities
  • Strengthen customers experience by improving customer service procedures

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree / preferably MBA from an HEC-recognized university
  • Experience: Up to 8 years of relevant experience preferably Financial / Mutual Funds Industry
  • Certification: IFMP Certified (if not MBA), Islamic Finance
