INVESTOR SUPPORT SPECIALIST
AL Habib Asset Management Limited is seeking an experienced Investor Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to our investors, responding to queries and inquiries in a prompt and efficient manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a team to ensure efficient and effective investor services
- Provide timely and accurate processing of investor transactions, including sales, redemptions, and dividend payments
- Build strong rapport with clients, investors, and stakeholders through outstanding communication and customer service
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Identify and resolve investor complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless investor services
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance investor experience
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in investor services, customer service, or a related industry
- Transformational leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
LOCATION Karachi

- Process investor transactions, including sales, redemptions, and dividend payments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of investor accounts
- Provide excellent customer service to investors and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless investor services
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues to the senior officer
REQUIREMENTS
