We’re Hiring: Manager – Strategy Corporate Finance
Location : Karachi / Lahore
We are seeking a strategic and analytical professional who can drive corporate financial initiatives and support long-term organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct business valuations, scenario planning, and capital budgeting to support investment and acquisition decisions.
Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate projects by analyzing financial statements and building valuation models.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve organizational growth and profitability targets.
Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Monitor and analyze market trends and industry dynamics to shape financial and business strategies.
Prepare and present detailed financial reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Strong networking with financial institutions, regulators, and investors (local & international).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align departmental goals with company strategy.
Communicating recommendations and strategic plans effectively to executive stakeholders.
Leading or mentoring teams working on strategic and financial projects
Qualifications & Experience:
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Investment, or related field (CFA preferred.)
Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in investment banking, private equity, advisory, research, or corporate finance.
Strong communication skills.

We’re Hiring: Senior Investment Analyst
Location : Karachi / Lahore
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional who can support investment activities and contribute to high-quality financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, analyze, and assess complex financial analysis and pricing/valuation models.
Assist in due diligence and transaction processes.
Identify key issues.
Conduct industry and market research to support deal execution.
Prepare client presentations and pitch books for different stakeholders.
Prepare documentation for the Company’s internal processes, including, but not limited to, credit ratings, investment valuations, and investment memorandums.
Lead the legal documentation process.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or advisory.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field (CFA preferred)
