Are you a seasoned Quality Assurance/Quality Control professional with extensive experience in the food industry? AHMED FOODS is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Senior Manager QA/QC to oversee our quality assurance and control processes.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA/QC programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and AHMED FOODS’ quality objectives.
- Establish and enforce quality protocols, procedures, and specifications for raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests to monitor product quality, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, R&D, and Supply Chain, to address quality issues, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead investigations into customer complaints, non-conformances, and quality incidents, and implement preventive measures to mitigate recurrence.
- Manage and develop a team of QA/QC professionals, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure competency and performance excellence.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies related to food safety and quality management.
- Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory authorities, including the FDA and other relevant agencies, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control roles within the food industry. Preference will be given to an individual coming from same industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO).
- Proven track record of implementing and managing QA/QC programs, systems, and processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in quality management software and MS Office applications.
