Executive – Corporate/Secretarial Affairs
To assist Company Secretary in:
· management of all corporate matters including liaison with SECP, CDC, Shares Registrar, Corporate Lawyers
· Filing statutory returns
· Holding of Board meetings, AGMs/EGMs; managing logistics and compiling information on Agenda items.
· Acting as custodian of important Company secretarial records
Candidates with legal background and experience of working in a listed company will be preferred. Salary package to be commensurate with profile.
Position is Lahore based.
