Job Description
- Lead and coach a team of Field Training Managers.
- Design and execute learning strategies for field force aligned with business goals.
- Build development programs for front-line and second-line managers.
- Introduce competency-based training for overall field capability & talent development.
- Oversee onboarding and advanced learning for field forces across organization.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality, and aligned learning content across business units.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design learning interventions for brand plans campaigns and new product launches.
- Enhance coaching culture through toolkits, field visits, and feedback.
- Conduct joint field visits with FTMs and sales leaders to evaluate learning impact and identify development needs.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness using performance metrics and business impact.
- Optimize budget resources allocation and manage vendors.
- Ensure timely execution of planned programs while maintaining field presence and visibility.
- Champion digital and blended learning methodologies to enhance learner engagement and training scalability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate innovative tools into learning delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline; Masters will be added advantage.
- Preferably 8-10 years’ experience in learning / capability development.
- Strong facilitation, selling & leadership skills. E-Learning tools, business acumen and excellent communication skills.
- Team management experience.
- Position is based at Head Office.
