An ideal incumbent should be a Graduate of Information Technology, holds CCNA certification and must have at least 2 years’ of experience in Windows Domain Environment, Cisco Routers and Switches.
The role includes Desktop Support, Networking, Hardware and software installation and troubleshooting , General IT maintenance.
