Position: Manager Systems Operations
Location: Karachi – Port Qasim
Education: BS or BE degree in Computer Science.
Experience: Minimum 4 years or more of work experience in systems implementation, IT applications support, with WMS in the field of Logistics and Warehouse, corporate logistics management or third-party logistics.
Responsibilities:
-Work with end users to support operational requirements by developing and implementing appropriate processes and reports with Global IT and coordination of IT local.
-Maintain a process to control access to WMS.
-Assist in hardware and infrastructure planning, performance tuning, and capacity planning for WMS.
-Maintain relationships with warehouse team to ensure the smooth running and functionality of WMS Exceed and Radio Frequency handhelds terminals.
