Position: Complaint Services Officer
Location: Head Office, Karachi.
Experience: Fresh – 01 year of experience
Qualification: At least Bachelors (B. Com, BBA/BS)
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Time Management, Problem Solving, Adaptive & Flexible, and Strong Coordination & Communication Skills.
Job Role:
- Register all new cases in task management system received through different mediums.
- Follow up and correspondence with clients over call and messages, arrange requirements from them, raised by the internal departments for standard procedures.
- Negotiations/confrontation call with the clients.
- Attend walk-in complain clients and address their grievances and provide them with possible resolution.
- Focal person from the team to remain in touch with the customers and negotiate with them via calls and in person.
- Draft basic policy related letters and responsible to scan and dispatch them.
- Must have strong grip in MS Office.
- Retrievals: Sending all the PDF files of the email trails to be uploaded on DMS (sequence wise) as a compliant case to dispatch unit.
