Position: Senior Executive Officer
Location: Karachi
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team and play a key role in managing coordination and claims-related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end coordination of claims, from intimation to settlement
- Liaise with clients, internal departments, and external stakeholders for smooth processing
- Follow up on documentation including loss vouchers, NOCs, indemnities, and subrogation letters
- Coordinate with Head Office, underwriting, finance, and claims teams
- Monitor claim status and provide regular updates to management
- Handle communication with lead insurers and ensure timely submission of required documents
- Identify and escalate any impediments in claim settlement
Qualification: Graduation (relevant field preferred)
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in insurance/claims coordination
