JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Liaise with claims managers & medical teams for monitoring
- Review and revise panel hospital rate lists.
- Verify reimbursement claims on ground to ensure credibility before payments.
- Monitor CMR of case managers on a regular basis
- Lead, manage, and develop the team
