Job Title: Assistant Manager – Finance & Corporate Affairs
Location: Karachi, Pakistan.
ACT Polyols Private Limited, a leading Food & Beverage manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Finance & Corporate Affairs to join our Finance & Accounts team in Karachi. This role is ideal for professionals skilled in corporate finance, banking operations, working capital management, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage loan disbursements, settlements, and aging reports
- Liaise with banks for credit facilities, NOCs, and loan rollovers
- Track disbursements and optimize working capital; ensure timely repayments
- Oversee Export Finance Scheme (EFS), FE-25, and import/export financing
- Approve local and export sales invoices; ensure timely closings and reconciliations
- Handle insurance matters including policy renewals, claims, and marine transit coverage
- Ensure SECP compliance (Forms A, 10, 16, 29) and support annual audit requirements
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory audits and stock counts
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Support ERP transitions and implement digital banking solutions
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, banking relations, or financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of SECP regulations, financial instruments, and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
