ACT Polyols Private Limited Jobs Deputy Manager Finance & Taxation:
ACT Polyols Private Limited is looking for the position of “Deputy Manager-Finance & Taxation” in its Accounts & Finance department.
Job Responsibilities:
· Review of monthly sales tax returns along with annexures and reconciliations.
· Review of weekly withholding payments and quarterly withholding statements along with review of monthly salary tax workings.
· Review of audit and monitoring notices issued as per the FBR discretion under Sales and Income Tax.
· Communication and follow ups of refund processing with FBR along with Physical visits to FBR departments.
· Timely renewal of exemption certificate.
· Propose to FBR / KCCI / MINISTRY / FPCCI to tighten the duty structure on imports.
· Filing of Annual Form A & Form 29 along with annual audited accounts with SECP.
· Filing of Form 10 & Form 16 with SECP for registration of mortgage / charges.
· Review of loan settlements and disbursements vouchers.
· Follow up with banks for credit initiation and NOC’s as per the financing requirements.
· Working capital management including follow up of disbursements and repayments.
· Review of daily loan aging reports and loan schedules.
· Arrangement of facilities as per requirement and meet deadline of availability
· Conversion or arrangement of facilities to subsidize or reduce rates.
· Timely repayment of long term and short-term loans.
· Timely roll over short-term loans.
· Maintain good relationship with lenders
· Get import and export rates on the basis of best market trend.
· Allocation of funds to OPEX and CAPEX based on business activities to avoid any financial impact.
· Digitalization of all banking instruments.
· Approval of daily local and export sales invoices.
· Review of monthly closing of local and export sales along with reconciliations, if any.
· Participation in yearly budgeting exercise.
· Communication with external auditors for annual stock counts and statutory audits.
· Dealing with banks treasury departments for rate negotiations against EFS and FE-25 transactions.
· Dealing with banks trade departments for import, export and receipts matters.
· Annual Insurance Renewals including processing of claims and requesting for issuance of endorsements.
· Compiling monthly marine inland transit details and sharing with Insurance companies.
· Monitoring Export Facilitation Scheme.
· Liaison with sales, export, supply chain departments for day-to-day issues
Qualification: ACCA /ICMA Qualified |CA-Finalist
Experience: Minimum 5 years in industry
