Accrescent Engineering Pvt Ltd Jobs HR Officer:
We are looking for HR Officer(Male) having 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR Operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring all HR operational data is recorded on the HR IS.
- Support the payroll officer in the monthly payroll process.
- Ensuring all payroll processes are completed on time.
- Support the HR team with the onboarding of new staff to the group.
- Support the HR manager with casework.
- Provide front-line operational HR support and services to the business.
Key skills required:
- Proven experience in an HR OPs role.
- Proven experience of working with systems.
- Previous work experience working with HR systems including data manipulation.
Salary Range: 30 – 35k + perks & benefits as per company policy.
