Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive sales growth.
-Manage sales team performance and ensure targets are met.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
-Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
-Ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the textile industry.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
