BachaaParty is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐈𝐓 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
o Perform regular system updates, upgrades, and maintenance tasks.
o Handle procurement cycle of IT equipment.
o Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
o Collaborate with users to understand and resolve IT-related problems promptly.
o Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, configurations, and processes.
o Create user guides and training materials for IT-related procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
o Proven experience as an IT Executive or in a similar role.
o Strong knowledge of IT systems, network administration, and cybersecurity best practices.
o File Server experience is a must.
o Ensuring Active Directory maintenance.
o Expertise in IT Time Attendance Management
o Experience in implementing and supporting retail-specific IT solutions.
o Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory management software
o Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
o Familiarity with retail industry standards.
