Qualification: MBA HR from HEC Recognized University.
Experience: Minimum 10 years, having 3 years relevant experience in Manufacturing Industry.
Location: Lahore
Role and Responsibilities:
- Leading and executing talent acquisition strategies and acquiring top talent from diverse sources.
- Identifying employees’ skills gaps and designing training and development programs accordingly.
- Coaching and leadership development interventions.
- Potential Assessment and succession planning
- Identification of high-potential employees and developing their succession plans.
- Developing and executing employee engagement programs and promoting a diverse culture at the workplace.
- Utilizing HR analytics to make informed decisions regarding talent management strategies.
