Bahria Town Jobs Principal Special Education:
Bahria Town is seeking a dedicated and passionate Principal to lead our inclusive school with a special focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Location: Bahria Town, Islamabad
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute a strategic plan to establish and grow the inclusive school.
-Create an inclusive and supportive environment that accommodates students with ASD.
-Recruit, train, and lead a team of educators and support staff.
-Collaborate with parents, therapists, and other stakeholders to ensure each student’s individual needs are met.
-Foster a culture of diversity, respect, and acceptance within the school.
-Oversee curriculum development and implementation.
-Monitor and assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed.
-Manage school operations, including budgeting and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
-Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
-A minimum of 10 years of educational leadership experience.
-Experience working with students on the autism spectrum and implementing best practices for their education.
-Knowledge of inclusive education principles and special education.
