Job Description:
- Communicate with marketing leads in business / product teams to understand business marketing requirements, develop concepts, supervise creation of marketing collateral, finalize designs and ensure that tasks/projects are completed on time
- Share marketing plans, tasks and deadlines every month including media buying, branding, ATL and BTL activities
- Research market trends, demographics, marketing strategies, and other relevant information that helps managers and directors develop marketing plans
- Review designs to ensure they meet business team specifications or reviewing marketing materials to ensure they are effective at promoting the Bank’s products or services
- Determining which types of advertising will be most effective in reaching target audiences based on demographic information such as age, gender, ethnicity, location, or socioeconomic status
- Coordination with vendors, payment processing & maintaining cordial relationship with key business partners
- Cost recording and budget monitoring of all relevant activities & campaigns
Experience: At least three to four years’ experience of Creative Management at a leading advertising agency or brand
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge and Skills
- BSc/BA in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field; MSc/MA will be considered an asset
- Hand-on experience in creative process, brand management, graphic design and brand development
- Exemplary interpersonal abilities, analytical abilities and organization skills
- Candidates with creative agency experience will be given preference
