Job Identification: KPGF (Hattar, Haripur)
Mission Statement: Responsible line (s) to carry out, follow and develop production and maintenance activities; ensuring that the planned production program is carried out efficiently. To organize trainings of formen, operator and technicians working on the line, to provide referral and management of employees
Main Responsibilities:
Assign tasks according to work programs to foremen
Manage implementation of maintenance as per maintenance plan, share daily maintenance activities with Production Manager. Ensure application of daily, weekly, monthly, annual lubrication and maintenance programs for utilities machines
Ensure that records of failures/stops for machines are kept, search for reasons and develop suggestions/projects to prevent their repetition
Ensure that all operators are trained to carry out cleaning, lubircation and maintenance of machines under their responsibility
Perform and impose maintenance activities on planned periods based upon OEM recommendations.
Ensure discipline within plant.
Determine spares needs according to maintenance plans and raise purchase requests
Development and implementation of maintenance plans for newly added plant equipment’s
Supporting & facilitating other departments in achieving their targets.
Carry out assignments assigned by seniors (Production Lead / Production Manager / Operations Manager).
Candidate Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Major for Education: B.Sc or B.E degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineer Or Equivalent Degree
Critical Experiences Specific to this Job
Production –Execution of assigned work to Production staff.
Purchasing – Supply of necessary equipment and needs.
Quality control companies – TCCMS quality system controls.
TCCC – Customer and consumer complaints.
SGS – Regarding FSMS and ISO certification.
Laws and regulations of Pakistan on food production, main manufacturing procedures of bottling of beverages, measurement tools, Food Safety Management System knowledge. Predictive/preventive maintenance, Team building, Decision making, Planning.
