We are looking for an Officer IT Support in Islamabad to provide technical support to our outlets in the Islamabad region.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor performance and maintain all systems and servers.
Knowledge of major user software installation and troubleshooting as well as hardware issues.
Ability to configure all routers/switches, bandwidth, and Wi-Fi.
Complete knowledge of LAN/WAN management and deployment.
Have experience with Network Security & Recovery.
Ability to assist with troubleshooting and outages.
Complete network administration with CCTV controls and it’s monitoring.
Responsible for installing and configuring IT equipment such as desktops/laptops, printers, and scanners, etc. Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors/Masters in IT. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT administration and Networking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Retail background will be a plus for this position.
