Do you think you can take up the following Roles and Responsibilities?
- Responsible for managing of the breakdowns and the timely rectification on the plant and machineries. Ensure that the MTTR is kept at a minimum.
- Responsible for the management of shift area workshop.
- Discuss all the issues faced and the status of work during the previous shift.
- Take a round of the production area and check on the status of the work that had been done in the previous shift, work in progress, pending items and any other abnormalities.
- Carry out repairs/refurbishment of any parts/assemblies replaced on the machines.
- Coordinate with contractors/service providers for smooth operation of the plant and timely completion of the jobs assigned to them.
- Coordinate with the Production team shift leads relating to any work that needs to be carried out on the plant,
- Coordinate with the EHS before starting any PTW required work, Production team on each Friday for Sunday shutdown related activities and plan for the spare parts and resources accordingly and Admin department for any additional resources that may be required during the weekly shutdown maintenance activity.
- Prepare and submit the shift end reports mentioning the status of the plant, notifications raised and their status, any pending issues, any spare parts requirements, basic RCAs of breakdowns during their shifts.
- Keep a record of all daily, weekly, monthly or annual activities / reports.
