Officer IT Operations (Officer to Senior Officer) x 2
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Installation and troubleshooting of Desktops, Laptops & any hardware related issues.
· In time resolution of tickets tagged from Help Desk.
· Install, configure, and upgrade hardware equipment/software packages.
· Coordination with internal customers for the resolution of their issues.
· Liaison with internal IT teams for new projects.
· Support the roll-out of new applications
· Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
· User trainings.
· Maintain high-quality support services to internal customers.
· Any task assigned by line manager.
Competencies & Training
Core Competencies:
· Good all round computer skills.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Able to work in a team.
· Thorough or precise in their work.
· Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
· Be prepared to work unsociable hours.
· CCNA/MCSC certifications are preferred.
Education : BS/BCS/BIT
Experience: Fresh or 1 years of relevant experience.
