Position: Area Sales Manager
General Objectives:
- Manage the Food Service department and FS distributors nationwide, set sales and profit targets with VP Sales, finalize S&OP, and present to the committee.
- Analyze the sales target and take corrective measures to achieve volume.
Fields of Responsibility:
- Jointly responsible for policy formulation with HOD to determine sales objectives and draw plans to achieve these objectives.
- To manage the performance and commitment of the distributors.
- To manage SKU-wise performance of Brands for regions.
- To conduct a monthly review of sales with TSO and distributors’ salesforce
- To share responsibility for supply chain management regarding the clearance and control of damages
- To ensure timely clearance of distributors receivable with the help of designated TSO and CSD.
