Positions: Manager / Senior Manager-Credit Risk Review
Job Description:
. Evaluate credit proposals, writing credit notes in LOS for new transactions, annual reviews, temporary extensions, waivers, and amendments.
. Qualitative improvement in credit review for higher authorities, while ensuring compliance to guidelines delineated in bank’s policies /SBP PRs.
. Analyze financial statements and countercheck obligor risk grades for borrowing relationships.
. Understanding the business model of the borrower and negotiate with relevant stake holder/ RBG to structure credit facilities as per the business model and credit needs in the light of Bank’s policies.
. Monitor industry trends, evaluate effects on the portfolio. Participate in formulating policies and procedures when required.
. Keep abreast of the current economic scenario, dynamics of key industries and impact of government regulations and policies on borrower’s businesses.
. Monitor turnaround time in order to keep track of each case being processed. Maintain TAT to ensure efficiency and to meet our standards for reviewing a particular type of request.
. Field visits in order to get better know-how of the client’s operations especially when a new project, CAPEX or BMR is carried.
. Proactive identification of deteriorating credits by analyzing industry, financial and credit risk analysis i.e. watch listing the clients with deteriorating performance.
Location: Karachi & Hyderabad
Education: Postgraduate degree concentration in finance
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience
