Sana Safinaz is looking for the position of “Senior Manager/ Manager QC”.
Job Description:
- Devise Quality Control Procedures and ensure compliance.
- Develop, manage, implement, communicate and maintain quality control plans.
- Liaison with the Production Team to maintain product quality; ensuring all targets are achieved within given time-frame.
- Oversee and monitor the process of quality checking and inspection for all production lines; identify impracticalities in timely manner and coordinate production as per company standards and requirements.
- Perform in-line inspections, pre-final inspection and final inspection in finishing department.
- Ensure outgoing defect percentile and shrinkage is at minimum level.
- Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data.
- Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documents for the purpose of audit and compliance.
- Ensure that pre-finishing per-requisites are properly fulfilled and shade range is approve as per plan.
- Ensure proper implementation of corrective and preventative measures to address Finishing related faults.
Job Specification:
Qualification:Textile Graduate
Experience: At least 5 years relevant experience (preferably from textile industry)
Knowledge/Skills:
- Proven expertise and in-depth understanding of in QA/QC procedures and legal standards
- Conscientious, responsible and analytical skills
- Detail and result driven approach
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office and systems application
- In depth understanding of quality control
