RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordination with other departments for preparing corporate entries and supporting record for incorporating accruals and adjustments in SAP.
- Ensuring that relevant expenses and incomes are recorded to reflect matching principle and accrual basis of accounting.
- Preparation of income statement schedules.
- Preparation of Balance sheet schedules.
- Presentations of Financial Performance to higher management.
- Preparation of Financial Variance Analysis comparing the trends with previous months, last year same month, Year-to-day with Last Year same period and budget justifying reason of variance thereof.
- Liaison with external auditors and providing them information and feedback on their queries for smooth and timely finalization of Financials.
- Liaison with internal audit teams and ensuring timely implementation of recommendations.
- Review of general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting by incorporating corrections and booking of omissions.
- Liaison with all regions and finance departments at headquarter for the completion of month end closing process.
