ICI Pakistan Limited is hiring an Executive Secretary for Vice President, Polyester business based at Lahore Office.
Key Responsibilities:
• To prepare monthly reports i.e. CEO Newsletter, EMT presentation, ECM Presentation etc
• To manage expense claims, leaves etc. of the VP
• To prepare presentations as and when required by the VP
• To organise any events related to VP visits
• To keep a record of all documents relevant to Polyester to support VP’s work
• To proofread all documentation
• To get signatures on all documents by the VP
• To schedule VP’s calendar according to his requirement
