We are looking for “National Sales Administrator (NSA)” to be based in HO located in Korangi. The incumbent at this position will work as a focal point between the end user and application support team (Secondary Sales & its associated applications).
Primary Responsibility: The incumbent will be required to hire and train KPOs, resolve end-user and systems issues, track new requirements and getting them implemented from the vendor, server maintenance, coordination with vendor and business teams, and keeping operational issues to the bear minimum level. Additional responsibilities include designing scheme builders, understand SQL queries and database concepts, test new applications, business reporting and system deployments, when required.
Required Education and Key Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT or IS with at least 04-05 years of experience in reputed FMCG
· Strong understanding of the Secondary Sales System and its associated processes
· Strong skills in development of SQL queries, reports and business intelligence
· Demonstrated skills in Web Applications
