We are currently looking for Social Media Support Executives (Contractual position for 6 months) for our office in Karachi.
Role:
He/she will be responsible for managing communities for the client(s) assigned to him/her so as to attract and engage with audience on a continuous basis. The goal will be to maintain the overall brand responses and achieve superior audience engagement on the assigned.
Must Have’s:
- Minimum bachelors in business administration, advertising mass communication or media sciences
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in online customer support
- Knowledge about basics of online community management
- Ability to work under pressure and multi task
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
