Position: Energiser Strategy, Weaves Corporation, Karachi
Role Overview:
We are looking for a qualified individual for the role of Energiser Strategy to join our Global Strategy team. This position is responsible for supporting strategic decision-making through financial analysis, business modelling, performance tracking and stakeholder management across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Support stakeholder management across the Board of Directors and joint venture partners through timely reporting and analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models aligned with business objectives and growth strategies
- Prepare consolidated accounts for regulatory reporting and quarterly reporting for investors and key stakeholders
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and monitor business performance against targets at a global level
- Identify performance gaps and provide insights to support informed decision-making
- Review financial models developed by team members and provide guidance where required
- Support and champion organisation-wide financial and strategic initiatives
- Track business performance and provide regular updates on key financial and operational metrics
Experience & Education:
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in strategy, corporate finance, investment research, consulting, or the advisory side of accounting firms
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- CFA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
