Department: Digital Transformation – AI
Location: Karachi
Alfalah Asset Management Limited is seeking an Automation & AI Engineer based in Karachi to design, build and maintain automation solutions, AI-enabled workflows and system integrations, supporting the Company’s Digital Transformation Initiatives.
Key Expectations:
- Develop and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI/GenAI-enabled workflows and automation solutions using enterprise tools.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, workflows, data flows and system integrations.
- Integrate automation solutions with core systems through Application Programming Interface (API) and provide post-deployment monitoring and support.
- Maintain technical documentation, testing and change controls, while collaborating with Business, Risk & Compliance stakeholders.

- Technical Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills
Required Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years’ relevant experience in Full-Stack Development, RPA, Automation and Artificial Intelligence/Large Language Model integration.
- Experience with Python/Java/C#/.NET, SQL, REST APIs and an enterprise RPA platform.
- Financial services or regulated industry experience will be an advantage.
