Yummy Ice Cream is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead regional sales operations, manage sales teams, strengthen distributor and dealer relationships, and drive business growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Manage and strengthen distributor and dealer relationships
- Monitor regional sales performance, targets, and KPIs
- Develop new markets and increase market coverage
- Conduct regular market visits and review sales execution
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective distribution
- Coordinate with Trade Marketing and Distribution team
- Prepare and present regional sales reports to senior management
- Identify sales gaps and implement corrective actions
- Supervise the regional sales force
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of FMCG sales experience
- Experience managing multiple territories/regions and sales teams
- Strong experience in distributor management and market development
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Preferred
- FMCG experience is mandatory
- Experience in ice cream, dairy, beverages, or food industry is highly preferred
- Experience managing Area Sales Managers will be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of traditional trade and distribution networks
